Process-Oriented Communication, Online—An Ongoing Workshop
Relationships and processes are important for development and change. Relationships have their own language: appreciation, trust, harmony, openness, and so on. Processes operate even more on a subconscious level, but they are essential for sustainable change and development in the fields of psychotherapy, coaching, and counseling. How can I understand my clients’ processes and offer appropriate, development-promoting interventions? Which processes are helpful, and which are obstructive or even harmful?
An important process indicator is the SSI—which measures process competencies that reflect self-regulation skills. Habitual process design manifests itself—similar to transference processes—in the settings of therapy, coaching, and counseling. Dr. Ritz completed her five-year psychotherapy training in the 1980s under Rainer Sachse, taught counseling techniques at a university for 30 years, and has extensive practical experience in the field of counseling, which she would like to share.
