We celebrate the 25th anniversary of IMPART GmbH
IMPART was founded in 1999 as a spin-off of the University of Osnabrück. The personality analyses EOS and TOP have been intensively researched since 1983 by Prof. Kuhl and his team. IMPART was founded to put personality analyses and the functional analytical approach and the development and change processes into practice and to test them there.
Since then, IMPART has continued to develop, and its products have found numerous enthusiastic users. Since January 1, 2008, Dr. Gudula Ritz, who holds a doctorate degree and studied under the auspices of Prof. J. Kuhl at the Department of Psychology, is Managing Director.
IMPART has grown continuously over the past ten years and has a network of long-standing customers (clients) in Germany and abroad: Counsellors, trainers, coaches and therapists. And IMPART continues to grow.

Prof. Julius Kuhl is a lecturer in IMPART’s licensing seminars. He is the founder and main shareholder of IMPART.

Dr. rer. nat. Gudula Ritz
Graduate psychologist and managing director
Dr. Ritz is responsible for research and development. This is important so that the products always have their finger on the pulse of time and scientific progress in the field of personality development. She is also involved in IMPART’s licensing seminars and is constantly developing the testing platform together with the programmer.
Dr Gudula Ritz has been Managing Director of IMPART for 15 years and has played a decisive role in its development.
She is an expert in in-depth, goal-oriented and clarification-orientated counselling as well as counselling with difficult clients. She is a therapist and was trained by Dr. Rainer Sachse at the University of Bochum. She received her doctorate under the auspices of Prof. Kuhl in the field of therapy process research and personality research She now has over 30 years of teaching experience.
Dr. Ritz is a visiting professor and lecturer at various universities, e.g. at the University of Salzburg, at the University of Klagenfurt (Austria) or at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Her teaching includes a concept of counseling she developed herself, “Personality-Oriented Counseling,” as well as work with unconscious motives (Multi-Motive Talk). It is internationally networked and supports various research projects from different fields. Her special interest is in the field of (therapy) process research. She is an esteemed consultant and successful author of reference books (see store).
Liesa Kauke
Assistant to the management (authorized signatory)
Liesa Kauke is the management assistant, authorized signatory and a true organizational talent. She manages the commercial processes and supports our clients at IMPART. She has been an integral part of the team for 9 years and has been instrumental in shaping IMPART during that time.
Anke Bavendam – Kreib
OMT expert
Anke Bavendam-Kreib has been an expert in OMT evaluations for more than 30 years and offers outstanding re-test agreement values in this projective test procedure in her ratings, e.g. in research projects. She was a close collaborator of Prof. Julius Kuhl at the University of Osnabrück for many years and was responsible for both EEG measurements and OMT.
She was a freelancer for IMPART for 10 years. Since the emiritation of Prof. Kuhl, Ms. Bavendam has been employed by IMPART as an OMT expert.

Dr. Miguel Kazén
Method consultant, test author PSSI, freelancer
Dr. Miguel Kazén works as a scientific method consultant for the many research projects supervised by IMPART.
Together with Professor Dr. Kuhl, he worked for many years at the University of Osnabrück to develop the test procedures and implement research projects. Dr. Miguel Kazén is Sales Manager for Spain and Latin America.
