Services: Seminars and Tests
Secondary reactions in focus: 7 levels of personality are identified
TOP and EOS indicate pivotal points for change
One of the many advantages offered by the TOP and EOS test modules to licensed counsellors and therapists is that they can reliably identify pivotal points for change. This means that effective interventions that would otherwise not have been considered at all or only after many discursive sessions can be derived from the PSI-Personality Analysis using TOP or EOS. The suitable interventions can be implemented economically and quickly and additionally open a perspective on an effect level that would not have been considered at all in a purely goal or disorder-oriented approach.
We still taking you a little further
IMPART offers a small but distinct spectrum of well-balanced seminars. The initial focus is on the licensing seminars in which you acquire the authorization and ability to work with the TOP, EOS and LK-pupil tests available from IMPART. Selected further training courses for counsellors, coaches and therapists enable the PSI-Theory to be applied in practice in various fields, even independently of the tests. In this field, we work and cooperate with recognized and proven training institutes both domestic and foreign.
Creative and additional options for change and development
The test modules of the PSI-Personality Analysis focus on different levels of personality. Thus, pivotal points for changes in the area of developmental tasks can lie in extreme personality styles and disorders or in the area of self-management and motivation, but never exclusively on the symptom level. Changes cannot be set in motion and controlled on the content level. For this reason, it is worth taking a look at the functional level in order to design tailor-made training offers.
The “founding father” of IMPART 20 years ago was Prof. Dr. Julius Kuhl. Together with his team at the University of Osnabrück, he developed the PSI theory and the test modules that serve the functional analysis of personality and validated them in years of research work. Dr. Ritz received her doctorate under the auspices of Prof. Kuhl at the University of Osnabrück and developed a consulting and therapeutic approach (personality-oriented consulting POB) based on the functional analysis of personality.
