General Terms and Conditions for Seminars:
Please register with the registration form and/or use the online registration on our website! Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Your registration will be confirmed immediately in writing; you will receive the invoice by separate mail. However, your reservation is only binding once your payment has been credited to IMPART’s bank account. If your desired course is already fully booked, you will be informed immediately.
- a) Employer bonus
If an employer registers several participants at the same time, the fees are reduced by 5%; if more than five participants are registered at the same time, the fees are reduced by 10% of the total price.
- b) Participant bonus
Participants who register for two or more seminars of the annual programme at the same time will receive a 5% discount on the total price. Students and trainees receive a 20% discount on the regular fees. As proof, please submit a copy of your enrolment certificate.
- c) For licensing seminars in a package, the reduced package price applies if you register simultaneously for all three licensing modules (basic course and two advanced courses).
Please inform us with your seminar registration of your wish for further training points. The State Therapeutic Chambers of Lower Saxony and NRW have accredited certain seminar formats.
Accommodation and meals
Unless otherwise stated, the course fee includes drinks and snacks during breaks. With the registration confirmation we will send you a hotel list. You will be responsible for your own accommodation and travel arrangements.
In order to be able to conduct our seminars under optimal conditions, we define a minimum and maximum number of participants for each course. If the minimum number is not reached, the seminar will not take place and the paid seminar fee will be refunded immediately. If an event has to be cancelled due to too few participants or for any other important reason, a new date will be set. You will receive our cancellation message and information about the alternative date at least three weeks before the start of the seminar. If the new date does not suit you, the participation fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. Reasonable deviations from the announced program are reserved. Claims for damages in connection with participation in the training course shall only be asserted against the organiser in the event of proven intent or gross negligence. This also applies to representatives and vicarious agents.
Please submit your cancellation in writing to IMPART. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar you have booked, we will charge a processing fee of 30.00 €. If you cancel your registration later, the full course fee will be due unless a substitute participant is provided or a participant on the waiting list can move up. Even if one of these prerequisites is fulfilled, the processing fee of 30.00 € will still be due. If no substitute participant is provided and no participant on the waiting list can move up, the course fee already paid, minus a processing fee of 30.00 €, can be credited for a later booking.

Since we constantly want to improve our service, we are pleased about references, wishes and criticism. Please use our on-site seminar evaluations or send us your suggestions directly by post, e-mail or telephone.
